JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must have some basic knowledge of pipefitting,and/or related plumbing regulations and fireprotection codes and standards
A strong interest in having the ability to understandand learn NFPA code compliant fire sprinklerinstallation through industry supported educationand on the job training with experienced andlicensed sprinkler fitters
Must have the ability to understand constructionblueprints and relate NFPA fire protection systemdesigns with the field installation process
Have the ability to work safely and gain a minimumof OSHA 10 safety certification
Utilizes hand tools, electrical, pneumatic andhydraulic power tools
Work well with other team members under thedirection of a licensed sprinkler fitter
Effective communication and negotiation withother construction trade personnel
A valid state driver's license with acceptabledriving record.
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
