This position reports to the Impact Fire Hood and Duct Manager. The Technician is required to clean commercial HVAC systems. The Technicians are also required to provide accurate, timely reports, as well before and after pictures of all cleanings to their managers as per company standard. The Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, well-organized vehicle and ensuring a safe environment for his/her self, co-workers, and customers.
Responsibilities include
Manage their time to complete the maximum amount of service calls while maintaining a high level of quality.
Achieve any weekly productivity goals assigned by the Hood and Duct Scheduling Manager.
Protect and maintain company equipment.
Clean HVAC systems to include air handlers, compressors, duct work, filters and fans per company standards while protecting customers’ facility and equipment from damage.
Report results of work completed as well as pictures in an accurate and timely manner.
Work in a safe manner as outlined by company safety procedures including the driving, personal protective equipment, and lockout/tag-out policies.
Maintain their vehicle in accordance with company procedures and ensure it is clean an organized.
Qualifications include
Prior HVAC experience is a plus but not required.
A flexible work availability, including weekends and overnight shifts.
Comfort with working with chemicals and high-pressure equipment.
Excellent selling, communications, and customer service skills.
Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.
Capable of passing a pre-employment background check, MVR check and drug test.
