ThispositionreportstotheBranchManager. TheSuppressionManagerwillberesponsibleforensuringthe effectiveoperationoftheSuppressionDivision. TheManagerwillsupervisetechnicalandadministrativepersonnelinordertoachieveanyfinancialoroperationalgoals. TheManagerwillberesponsibleforensuringfireextinguisher, emergencylight,andsuppressionsystemcustomersatisfaction. In addition, theManagerisalsoresponsibleforensuringasafe workingenvironmentfortechnical personnel andforensuringthattheyareproperlytrained.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • WorkwiththeBranchManagerandothermanagerstodevelopfinancialandoperationalgoals

  • EnsuretheeffectiveoperationoftheSuppressionDivisionandtheefficiencyofSuppressionpersonnel

  • Establishproductivitygoalsfortechnical andadministrativegoalsthatfitinwiththetactical prioritiesoftheDivision

  • Achievetheassignedmonthlygoalsforrevenueandcostcontrol andcorrectanybudgetarydeficiencies

  • Lead thetechnical andadministrativepersonnel inprovidingahighlevelofcustomerservice

  • Ensurethatthetechnicalpersonnelarehighlytrainedinour servicesandproducts aswellassafety

  • Learn andensurecompliancewith all applicable industrycodes

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Experienceinthefire protectionindustryandaknowledgeoffireextinguishers,emergencylightsandsuppression systemproducts

Knowledgeof fireextinguisher,emergencylight,andsuppressionsystemindustrycodes aswellas local,state,and federal labor andworkplacelaws

Managementexperienceor strongleadershipskills

CompetencywiththeMicrosoftOfficeSuiteandtheabilitytoquicklylearnthe

Strongwritten andverbalcommunicationsskills

Avalid driver’slicenseanda current sustainablegooddrivingrecord

DESIRED BACKGROUND :

  • Industrylicensingorcertificationofcompetencywithfireextinguishers,emergencylights,andsuppressionsystems is desired but not required.
