Support Human Resources with the day-to-day administration of Human Resources operations. Serve as the consultant to general questions relating to various areas of Human Resources in compliance with Company policies and local, state and federal requirements; Functional areas of Human Resources includes onboarding, policy communication, recruitment, assigned projects and employment law compliance.

This is a remote position with candidates ideally located in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina or North Carolina.

NATURE OF POSITION:

This individual is a developing Human Resources Generalist with strong collaboration, planning and communication skills, who has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage multiple task and projects efficiently and comfortable being a member of a team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide timely support for HR operations including, but not limited to: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, reporting, and leave administration.

  • Assist with tasks related to HR policies, procedures, programs (i.e., annual benefits enrollment) and other organizational initiatives.

  • Facilitate and/or provide training to employees and managers, as needed

  • Maintain compliant employee personnel records, and update HRIS (Dayforce), as needed.

  • Assist with network and systems access.

  • Partner with local management to ensure Pre-employment screening & Onboarding completion.

  • Assist with and respond to employees’ inquiries

  • Prepare various HR correspondence, documentation, and communications, as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years administrative and office experience

  • Prior experience in Human Resources is a plus

  • Current use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) in a proficient manner

  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, preferred

  • Proactive with the ability to work independently under general direction.

  • Professional conduct, effective verbal & written communication skills with all areas of the organization.

  • Demonstrate integrity and discretion while maintaining confidentiality

  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner.

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
