Essential Job Functions:
This is a trainee opportunity
Install, test, and service fire sprinkler systems
Cut and thread pipe and manage material
Assist in the installation of valves, couplings, and other fittings
Perform minor maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment
Learn construction project skills, including reading blue prints
Overhead lifting, ladder climbing, scissor lift work in addition to lifting up to 50 lbs.
Drive Foreman to and from job projects.
Basic mechanical and math skills
Must exhibit the initiative to learn the skills of the trade
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Clean driving record
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
