Position is located in Lubbock, Texas

Provide management and oversight to the Fire Alarm and Sprinkler departments in Lubbock, Texas. Work to achieve the financial, operational and customer satisfaction goals established by District and Regional Management.

This position is a local operations management position that reports to District Management. The Branch Manager is responsible for meeting any financial and operational goals developed by Senior Management as well as developing such goals for the Impact Fire Systems teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with the Regional or Senior Manager to develop regional financial and operational goals

  • Develop financial and operational goals for Impact Fire Services managers

  • Closely manage revenue and cost control; work to correct any budgetary deficiencies

  • Lead the technical and administrative personnel in providing a high level of customer service

  • Learn and ensure compliance with all applicable industry codes

  • Protect the company’s assets

JOB REQUIREMENTs:

  • Experience managing a branch operation is required.

  • Prior experience managing a fire alarm/fire sprinkler branch office is preferred but not required.

  • Competency with the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn the Company’s information systems applications.

  • Customer service experience.

  • Experience with or skills needed in designing, implementing, and maintaining safe working procedures.

  • Well-developed interviewing and hiring skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.

  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service.

  • A strong work ethic and professional appearance.

  • Ability to adhere to, implement, and always follow safety guidelines and procedures.

  • Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.

In addition to the above, the most desirable candidate will have afour-year college degree in management or business administration or comparable experience.

Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
